- Accessing The Products PageThe Products module aggregates data in your Beam inventory by model. If you have multiple assets with the same model, they will be rolled up into a single product listing on the product page. This gives you insight into how individual products are moving through your organization (e.g. are particular models more likely to break than others? Are they more likely to get lost?). In this tutorial, we will give you an overview of all the functionality available on the products page.
- Navigating An Individual Product PageA Product page is your go-to resource to find all the aggregated data associated with a given product model. This means that if you have multiple assets of the same model in your inventory, all of their data will be rolled up into a single product page. In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to navigate a product page.
- Managing Documents Associated With A ProductOver the course of owning a product, you will often have to refer to documents that give you information about how to operate and maintain the product (e.g. manuals). While Beam aggregates many of these documents for you, we give you the option of adding your own documents to a product that might be unique to your team or organization. In this tutorial we'll show you how to add, edit, and/or delete documents associated with a given product.
